Come ogni anno la S. Stephen's School organizza il torneo di calcio per le scuole internazionali. Il torneo si svolgerà il 16 e 17 marzo all'A.S.D. Certosa. Vi prenderanno parte 10 scuole internazionali da tutta Italia. PROGRAMMA
Dear soccer coaches and studentsThe soccer tournament has been finalized. The final schedule for the games on saturday March 16 and Sunday March 17 has been posted to the tournament site: https://sports.ststephens-rome.com Fields, referees, trophies and medical assistance have been confirmed.See you on saturday morning at the AS Certosa field in Via di Centocelle 246. Last year we found it very easy to get off at the metro stop Numidio Quadrato, walk down via Scribonio Curione and then turn left into Via di Centocelle (a total time of 10/15 minute walk from the metro stop)Please contact me for any last minute questions. My mobile is 3389999703Please try to be at the field at least 45 minutes before your first match. We would like to start on time. Each school will have a changing room assigned. At the coaches meeting I'll give out the rules of the tournament however here are the main rules at a glance.- We are playing 7 a side (6 + goalkeeper)- Each match 26 minutes (two halves of 13 minutes)- Unlimited substitutions- in the case of teams with the same color of shirt we will do "head or tail" to decide who is going to wear the bibs (I'll will have a couple sets of bibs available)- Yellow cards will cumulate during the two days of tournament (two yellow cards will miss next match, each following yellow card will miss next match). red card will miss next match (or two depending on the type of infraction). second red card out of the tournament.- Positions at the end of the first day are decided based on: points (3 win, 1 draw, 0 loss); result in the direct match (classifica avulsa in the case of more than two teams with ssame points), Goal difference. Remember that no matter where you rank on the first day, you still have a chance to win the tournament on sunday.- Final awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd teams classified and also Top scorer, MVP and Best defender + the tournament trophy.- Referees will nominate MVP and Best Defender in each game (one per team).
